A few months ago I bought contracts that would be Khamenei out of office by April 1st. This morning, Kalshi changed the rules to exclude death as a possible outcome. lol, lesson learned - have withdrawn everything from Kalshi and will never use them again.

Make no mistake, this is a scare tactic. I went on the podcast and as hard as the lobby groups and media tried, they couldn’t twist anything I said. So they have resorted to lobbying for Louis’ sponsorship to be pulled in an attempt to scare others out of giving me a platform.

To lump these two factors together to create a narrative that my behavior extended beyond bad edgy jokes is disgusting and did not happen. In past years, I have learned that my old humor is not acceptable. I cannot change who I was, but I can continue to work on myself

In startups, once you find THE core feature users love, it’s often a grind to 100 updates until the product works well for most people. You can take comfort knowing the next 100 things are worth it because you’ll hear about it every day when you talk to users & look at the graphs

My friend @faraz_r_khan had a great point today: there are some startups where if you simply made a quick MVP of the product, it would be absolute garbage (game streaming) but if you make 300+ optimizations and carefully grind at it, you'll make something truly incredible.

For many products, getting your users to delete the alternative, incumbent product is the final moment you know you've made it with that user. Products often cannot merely reach parity, they must be a lot better. I like to ask: "What would it take for you to delete <y>?"
