I’ve been laid off from The Messenger. It obviously sucks to get cut just 6 months in, but I intend to stick with covering games. Had big 2024 plans that I still wanna follow through on, so chasing opportunities to do just that. DMs are also open to employment/freelance leads🙏🏾

Reviving this account to say: Almost everyone at Vimeo was laid off yesterday, including the entire video team. If you're looking for talented engineers, there are a few on the market. Sucks to see something I built killed by private equity in a technology company skin suit.
