$NVDA invested $3.5B in MediaTek convertible bonds as the two expand their partnership across custom AI infrastructure PCs and automotive. That gives Nvidia another route into custom silicon while extending its platform from AI factories to PCs and vehicles.

$NVDA has agreed to buy Hugging Face for $12.9B to own one of AI’s biggest open-source distribution layers. Hugging Face gives Nvidia a way to push more models toward its hardware while creating a natural outlet for the massive amount of AI compute it is helping finance.

Jensen Huang brushed off OpenAI’s claim that its $AVGO built Jalapeño chip beats GB300 by saying “I don’t have to take anything personally.” $NVDA is still gaining AI market share which is why Jensen says he remains “very comfortable with all the competition.”

$NVDA says memory pricing has become “extreme,” with costs rising faster than expected and supply likely constrained through FY28. If Nvidia is telling you memory is getting tighter for longer then it becomes much harder to justify $MU and $SKHY still trading below 6x earnings.

Anthropic’s massive $45B Nscale buildout will run on $NVDA Vera Rubin chips with systems beginning to come online late next year across a 6-year 460 MW commitment. Rubin demand is already being locked in before the platform even launches.
