oh man.. I'll lose my bet if Apple raises prices of a current product on an identical SKU.. I know we were expecting price increases on the MacBook Ultra which Apple does with redesigns, but I was hoping the Mac mini and Mac Studio would stay the same $$$ at the same storage.

Holy crap. Well I was way WRONG! Did not expect price increases so vast. 40-core M5 Max MacBook Pro is now $500 more expensive at $4,999. The base M5 14” MBP going up to $1999 is the biggest shock. Used to be able to get the M5 Pro for that much.

Great news! Apple is now being honest about Mac mini and Mac Studio availability. It now tells you the truth that these custom configuration Macs are unavailable instead of giving you false 4-Month shipping dates. The truth is that the M5 series models are coming SOON!

Awesome! Looks like the UI will react differently based on if you touch the display and have larger buttons and icons. Really cool scoop! Also cool that the Dynamic Island will be smaller than current iPhones, basically adopting the new small version coming to 18 Pro models.
