This is amazing. Do this: 1. Set model to Opus 4.8 2. Reasoning effort to /ultracode Enables Claude Code's new Dynamic Workflows. Claude will autonomously detect complex tasks, write an orchestration script, and spawn an agent swarm.

SubQ is either the biggest breakthrough since the Transformer... > 52x faster than FlashAttention at 1mm tok context > 20x cheaper than Opus ...or it's AI Theranos. Requested early access so hopefully can investigate soon.

Symphony is amazing. Best agent orchestrator I've used. It's open-source and you can use it with your ChatGPT sub. Only downside I found: it's *VERY* token hungry. Closed 30 Linear issues with Symphony + Codex in a week and it was the closest I came to my weekly Codex limit.

Huge loss for OpenAI. When you go from research lab to product focused company, it must be quite hard on the researchers devoted to hardcore research. Wherever Jerry goes next will be lucky to have him.

GPT-5.1 is a huge improvement in sycophancy. For example, it won't tell you that selling poop popsicles is a good idea. Believe it or not, GPT-4o would glaze you on any idea, including this one. (The full response made me genuinely LOL)
