MOFCOM just published the deal:
1. Original 34% tariff remains, but 90 day pause for 24%;
2. All retaliatory tariffs are gone.
What remains:
1. 10% tariffs from Apr 2;
2. 20% Fentanyl tariff;
3. 25% Trump 1 tariff.
That's the same China would've got had it not retaliated.
