The barrier to entry for building anything is dropping to near zero because of AI. Designers can build bring their apps to life. PMs can turn their PRDs into prototypes. IT teams can build custom software for anything. Software is about to go through a huge growth spurt.

Everyone thinks this is some kind of 4D chess or conspiracy. But it’s quite standard to try and jailbreak AI models, and by definition they would share that research with the government given that’s whole point. I don’t think Amazon assumed this would be the next move.

Veo 3 is truly insane. This latest wave of AI is going to fundamentally accelerate the creation of entertainment. Creating awesome content will still require tremendous creativity and a long tail of complex work, but it will become available to way more people.
